OVERVIEW
Noel Jones’ Blackburn and Box Hill Real Estate offices have operated within the Whitehorse Municipality since 1988. Over time they have successfully established great relationships with the community with 70% of their business coming directly from referrals and recommendations.
To further strengthen their business, Noel Jones engaged Extension to provide marketing support and to develop and implement a corporate advertising campaign.
STRATEGY
Immediately we recognised Noel Jones’ connection with the community as a great opportunity.
Furthermore, through local area research, Extension identified that close to 23% of the population worked as volunteers in various non-profit organisations and that over 45% spoke a language other than English..
Consequently, it was decided that the campaign should focus on thanking the community for their continued support, which not only worked to generate goodwill but showcased a superior offering and service to prospective clients.
Additionally, to further support the campaign, free advertising was offered to a number of non-profit organisations in the community.

Through recognition of Noel Jones’ standing in the community and good investigative groundwork that identified significant opportunities within the target market, The Gratitude Campaign was simple, smart and focused.
By spending the time on research upfront a successful solution that fulfilled the client’s objectives was derived.
